I prefer to start late. I have not heard back from HR and fear following up in case they may rescind my offer. What prompted me to seek clarification was because the livescan request based on the address on the request form is from their DPSS City of Industry office. On, I emailed HR with the intention of clarifying with them if I will be able to pick Pomona (since it's closest) to me and if I understand them correctly that I will only get to pick the office location after background clearance/livescan. I submitted all the required documents and paperwork on. The email did state that office locations will be provided after I clear background check/livescan. However, there was no mention of salary offer nor the office location.
